§ 2A:35A-12 — Act as additional remedy
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
This act shall be in addition to existing administrative and regulatory procedures provided by law. No existing civil or criminal remedy now or hereafter available to any person or governmental entity shall be superseded by this act. L.1974, c. 169, s. 12, eff. Dec. 9, 1974.
