§ 2A:33-14 — Officers aiding in execution; fees.
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
All sheriffs and constables shall aid in the execution of the provisions of this chapter, and for such services they, and the appraisers therein mentioned, shall be entitled to the fees provided for in Title 22, Fees and Costs, of the Revised Statutes. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
