§ 2A:17-15 — Money

New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Money belonging to a defendant in execution may be levied on and returned by virtue of an execution as so much money collected, without exposing the same to sale. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
