§ 2A:168A-16 — Regulations, guidelines, rules.
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
10.The State Parole Board shall promulgate any regulations or issue guidelines necessary to effectuate the provisions of this act. The court may publish rules or guidelines to implement this act. L.2007, c.327, s.10.
