Text
Any person, copartnership, firm, association or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined one hundred dollars ($100.00), or be imprisoned in the county jail not to exceed thirty (30) days, or both. L.1939, c. 254, p. 670, s. 4, eff. July 18, 1939.
