§ 27:5F-33 — Report to Legislature
New Jersey·Title 27 HIGHWAYS
On or before December 31st each year, the Governor shall submit a report to the Legislature. The report shall include a detailed presentation of the New Jersey Highway Traffic Safety Program, a statement concerning the progress made implementing the program, and recommendations concerning possible legislative action deemed necessary or desirable to implement the program. L. 1987, c. 284, s. 16.
