§ 27:5F-25 — Portion to political subdivisions
New Jersey·Title 27 HIGHWAYS
At least 40% of the federal funds so received, or such lesser amount as may be authorized pursuant to federal law, shall be expended by or for the benefit of political subdivisions. L. 1987, c. 284, s. 8.
