§ 27:5F-30 — Ban on first aid squad restrictions
New Jersey·Title 27 HIGHWAYS
This act shall not be construed to grant to the Governor or any other State or local official any power to promulgate regulations which may restrict a volunteer and nonvolunteer first aid, rescue or ambulance squad of the State in the proper performance of its duties. The provisions of this section may not be waived notwithstanding any other language of this act. L. 1987, c. 284, s. 13.
