§ 27:27-5 — Rules, regulations
New Jersey·Title 27 HIGHWAYS
The Commissioner of Transportation shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) to effectuate the purposes of sections 7 through 9 of this act. L. 1985, c. 538, s. 10, eff. Jan. 21, 1986; per s.12, expired on January 21, 1991.
