Text
All moneys hereafter appropriated to the Department of Transportation to carry out the purposes of this act shall be made available by the Commissioner of Transportation to the several counties and municipalities in the State in the manner and to the extent provided by this act for the construction, reconstruction or improvement of county and municipal roads included in the State aid road system hereinafter established. L.1967, c. 86, s. 2.
