Text
Suitable quarters shall be provided for the registration of vital records, which quarters shall be properly equipped with fire resistant area and filing cases for the permanent and safe preservation of all official records made and retained under this chapter and chapter 6 of this Title (s. 26:6-1 et seq.) as well as Chapter 1 of Title 37 of the Revised Statutes. Amended by L. 1965, c. 78, s. 35; L. 1985, c. 194, s. 1, eff. June 26, 1985.
