§ 26:8-14 — Appointment of successors
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
At least 10 days before the expiration of the term of office of a local registrar his successor shall be appointed by the appointing authority. Amended by L.1965, c. 78, s. 39.
