§ 26:8-69 — Penalties; recovery.

26:8-69. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this chapter and R.S.37:1-1 et seq., any person who shall: a. Fail or refuse to furnish correctly any information in the person's possession; or b. Willfully and knowingly furnish false information affecting any certificate or record required by this chapter; or c. Willfully alter, otherwise than is provided by R.S.26:8-48 et seq., or willfully or knowingly falsify, any certificate or record established by this chapter; or d. Fail to fill out and transmit any certificate or record in the manner required by this chapter; or e. Being a local registrar, deputy registrar, alternate deputy registrar or subregistrar, shall fail to perform the person's duty as required by this chapter and by the directions of the State registrar thereunder; or
