§ 26:8-53 — Acceptance of corrections
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
The State department or local registrars may refuse to accept corrections or amendments unless supported by adequate documentary evidence presented at the time the request for correction or amendment is made. Amended by L.1965, c. 78, s. 68.
