Text
26:8-46. Upon presenting a certified copy of said order to the State Registrar, he shall indorse on the return of the marriage or civil union the following words: "This marriage or civil union declared void by the Superior Court. See order hereto annexed" and shall annex the certified copy to the return. Amended 1948, c.322, s.2; 1953, c.26, s.59; 2006, c. 103, s.49.
