§ 26:3E-4 — Obligation to remove food lodged in another persons throat
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
Except as otherwise provided by law, no person shall be obligated to remove or assist in removing or attempting to remove food which may become lodged in a person's throat. L.1983, c. 488, s. 4.
