§ 26:3E-2 — Choke prevention techniques; display of posters; pamphlets
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
The proprietor, or in the case of a public or nonprofit restaurant, the manager or administrator of a restaurant shall: a. Ensure that posters prepared by the State Department of Health which illustrate choke prevention techniques are prominently displayed in food preparation and service areas of the restaurant; and b. Have pamphlets illustrating choke prevention techniques available for free distribution to customers or patrons of the restaurant. L.1983, c. 488, s. 2.
