§ 26:3-67 — Publication of summary of health ordinance, code, title
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
26:3-67. Before any health ordinance or code shall take effect, a summary of the ordinance or code, or its title, shall be published at least once in a newspaper published and circulating as prescribed in section 26:3-66 of this title. Amended 1996, c.113, s.5.
