26:3-21. Any holder of a license required under section 41 of P.L.1947, c.177 (C.26:1A-41) shall be eligible to appointment to the position for which the license is required by any local board. Amended 1947, c.181, s.3; 1950, c.119, s.7; 1997, c.416, s.12.
