§ 26:3-16 — Vacancy in township of over 20,000

New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
If a vacancy shall occur in the board of any township having a population of more than twenty thousand inhabitants, which is subject to the provisions of this subdivision of this article, it shall be filled in the same manner in which the original appointment was made, but for the unexpired portion of the term only. Amended by L.1953, c. 349, p. 1921, s. 11.
