§ 26:2R-5 — Report to Governor, Legislature.
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
5.The commissioner shall report to the Governor and the Legislature no later than 18 months after the effective date of this act, and annually thereafter, on the activities and accomplishments of the program. L.1997,c.191,s.5.
