§ 26:2R-2 — Definitions relative to "Osteoporosis Prevention and Education Program Act."
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
2.As used in this act: "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Human Services. "Council" means the Interagency Council on Osteoporosis established pursuant to this act. "Department" means the Department of Human Services. "Program" means the osteoporosis prevention and education program established pursuant to this act. L.1997, c.191, s.2; amended 2012, c.17, s.291.
