2.As used in this act: "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Health. "Fund" means the "Emergency Medical Technician Training Fund" established pursuant to this act. "Council" means the State advisory council for basic and intermediate life support services training established pursuant to this act. L.1992,c.143,s.2.
