7.
a.No person may advertise or disseminate information to the public that the person provides advanced life support services by a mobile intensive care unit unless the person is authorized to do so pursuant to section 6 of P.L.1984, c.146 (C.26:2K-12).
b.No person may impersonate or refer to himself or herself as a mobile intensive care paramedic unless the person is licensed or approved therefor, as appropriate. L.1984, c. 146, s. 7; amended 2022, c.118, s.9.
