New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
6.The commissioner shall, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), adopt rules and regulations necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1992,c.96,s.6.
