§ 26:2K-31 — Rules, regulations
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
The commissioner shall adopt such rules and regulations in accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) as he deems necessary to effectuate the purpose of this act, and the board shall adopt such rules and regulations as it deems necessary to carry out its functions under this act. L. 1985, c. 351, s. 12.
