§ 26:2K-28 — Advertising restrictions
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
a.No person may advertise or disseminate information to the public that the person provides intermediate life support services, unless the person is authorized to do so pursuant to this act.
b.No person may impersonate or refer to himself as an EMT-intermediate unless he is certified pursuant to section 6 of this act. L. 1985, c. 351, s. 9.
