§ 26:2K-26 — Revocation
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
The commissioner, after notice and hearing, may revoke the certification of an EMT-intermediate for violation of any provisions of this act or of any regulations promulgated hereunder. L. 1985, c. 351, s. 7.
