§ 26:2BB-10 — Rules, regulations
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
10.Pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), the Commissioner of Human Services shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to establish the Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services pursuant to this act. L. 1989, c. 51, s. 10; amended 2023, c.177, s.79.
