§ 26:1A-95 — Supervision; director
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
The Division of Chronic Illness Control shall be under the immediate supervision of a director, who shall be a physician qualified in public health, and who shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the State Commissioner of Health. L.1952, c. 102, p. 439, s. 4.
