§ 26:1A-91 — Effective date
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
This act shall take effect on the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine, except that any appointment, and any confirmation of any appointment, permitted by this act may be made prior to such date. L.1948, c. 444, p. 1756, s. 27.
