§ 26:1A-78 — Fees, fines, penalties and other moneys; disposition
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law to the contrary:
(1)All license, certificate, permit, registration and renewal fees prescribed by law for any of the professions or occupations with which any of the boards or agencies enumerated in section four hereof is concerned, or payable to any such board or agency, or to any member or officer thereof, pursuant to law, shall henceforth be paid into the State treasury through the State Commissioner of Health; and (2) All fines, penalties, and other moneys derived from the operation of, or payable pursuant to law to, any of the boards or agencies enumerated in section four hereof, or to any member or officer thereof, shall henceforth be paid into the State treasury through the State Commissioner of Health.
