§ 26:1A-68 — Effective date
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
This act shall take effect on the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven, except that any appointment and any confirmation of any appointment permitted by this act may be made prior to such date. L.1947, c. 177, p. 816, s. 69.
