§ 26:1A-47 — Subpoenas
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
The commissioner may issue subpoenas, signed by him requiring the attendance of witnesses and the production of books and papers in any part of the State before him, or a member of the department designated by him. L.1947, c. 177, p. 811, s. 47.
