6.The Commissioner of Health, in consultation with the Commissioner of Human Services, shall adopt regulations to establish procedures for the voluntary administration of medication to patients in short-term care facilities and screening services as defined in section 2 of P.L.1987, c.116 (C.30:4-27.2). L.1991,c.233,s.6.
