§ 26:1A-16 — Access to premises for examination
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
The commissioner shall have full access to any premises for the purpose of examination if he has reason to believe that on the premises there exists a violation of any health law of the State or any provision of the State Sanitary Code. L.1947, c. 177, p. 801, s. 16.
