§ 26:1A-14 — Abolishment of offices or positions
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
Subject to approval by the Public Health Council, the commissioner may, subject to any provisions of Title 11 of the Revised Statutes relating thereto, abolish any office or position which in his judgment it may be unnecessary to retain. L.1947, c. 177, p. 799, s. 14.
