7.The New Jersey Health Information Technology Commission shall annually, on or before October 1, certify to the State Treasurer and the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance an amount allocable to the expenses of the commission for the preceding fiscal year, not to exceed $1 million annually, which amount shall be transferred to the commission by the State Treasurer from the amounts assessed and collected by the Department of Banking and Insurance pursuant to section 9 of P.L.2007, c.330 (C.17:1D-2). L.2007, c.330, s.7.
