18. a. The authority shall establish and maintain a special, nonlapsing fund to be known as the "New Jersey Maternal and Infant Health Innovation Authority Fund". The fund shall be operated in a manner determined by the board. The authority may deposit into the fund:

(1)such monies as shall be appropriated by the State for the purpose of the fund;
(2)such monies as shall be received by the authority from the repayment of loans or other extensions of credit made pursuant to this act; and (3) any other monies or funds of the authority. b. All funds received by the authority, other than those necessary to pay the expenses of the authority, shall be used to advance the purposes of the authority. L.2023, c.109, s.18.
