§ 26:18-19 — Definitions.

3. As used in this act: "Authority" means the New Jersey Maternal and Infant Health Innovation Authority established pursuant to section 4 of P.L.2023, c.109 (C.26:18-20). "Board" means the board of the New Jersey Maternal and Infant Health Innovation Authority established pursuant to section 5 of P.L.2023, c.109 (C.26:18-21). "Center" means the premises located in the City of Trenton used by the authority pursuant to the provisions of P.L.2023, c.109 (C.26:18-17 et al.). "Community advisory committee" means the community advisory committee established pursuant to section 8 of P.L.2023, c.109 (C.26:18-24). "New Jersey Maternal Care Quality Collaborative" or "NJMCQC" means the New Jersey Maternal Care Quality Collaborative, established pursuant to section 3 of P.L.2019, c.75 (C.26:18-3).
