§ 26:18-26 — New Jersey Maternal and Infant Health Innovation Authority, call to assistance, State, county, municipal department, board, bureau, commission, agency employees.

a.The authority established pursuant to section 3 of P.L.2023, c.109 (C.26:18-19) shall be entitled to call to its assistance, and avail itself of, the services of employees of any State, county, or municipal department, board, bureau, commission, or agency as it may require and as may be available to it for its purposes. All departments, boards, bureaus, commissions, and agencies are authorized and directed, to the extent not inconsistent with law, to cooperate with the authority.
b.Notwithstanding the provisions of any State law, rule, or regulation to the contrary, the authority may direct State departments, boards, bureaus, commissions, and agencies to report any data collected or maintained by such entity related to maternal and infant health care, social determinants of health,
