§ 26:12-8 — Safety standards; enforcement; hearings; investigations
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
The commissioner shall be responsible for the enforcement of youth camp safety standards in this State and the commissioner is empowered to hold hearings and otherwise to investigate charges of any violation of this act. L.1973, c. 375, s. 8, eff. Jan. 9, 1974.
