Text
It is the purpose of this act to promote, protect and safeguard the health and well-being of the youth of the State attending day camps and resident camps by providing for establishment of standards for the safe operation of such camps, thereby providing assurance to parents and interested citizens that youth camps meet minimum safety standards. L.1973, c. 375, s. 2, eff. Jan. 9, 1974.
