§ 26:12-14 — Annual report by commissioner; information from other departments or agencies

a. The commissioner shall prepare and submit to the Governor and the Legislature at least once during each fiscal year a comprehensive report on the administration of this act, which report may be contained in the general annual report of the department. b. The commissioner is authorized to request directly from any other department or agency of State Government information, suggestions and other data that may be needed to carry out his functions under this act; and such department or agency is authorized to furnish the information, suggestions or other data requested.
