Nothing in this act shall be construed as interfering with an emergency service training program authorized and operated under provisions of the "New Jersey Highway Safety Act of 1971," P.L. 1971, c. 351 (C. 27:5F-1 et seq.). L. 1985, c. 351, s. 14.
