§ 24:6G-5 — Administration and enforcement; rules
New Jersey·Title 24 FOOD AND DRUGS
The Commissioner of Health shall administer and enforce the provisions of this act and shall issue all rules necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1982, c. 127, s. 5, eff. Sept. 3, 1982.
