§ 24:6G-4 — Permits; purposes authorized

New Jersey·Title 24 FOOD AND DRUGS
The Commissioner of Health is authorized to issue permits for the acquisition of nitrous oxide for the purposes enumerated in section 1 of this act. L.1982, c. 127, s. 4, eff. Sept. 3, 1982.
