Text
No person shall distribute or sell, or offer or expose for sale, or have in his possession with intent to sell, or manufacture for distribution or sale, any food, drug, cosmetic or device which differs in purity, quality or strength from the standards adopted and published in accordance with sections 24:6-1 and 24:6-2 of this Title. Amended by L.1939, c. 320, p. 787, s. 33, eff. Jan. 1, 1940.
