§ 24:6-2 — Publication: time of taking effect
New Jersey·Title 24 FOOD AND DRUGS
Such definition or standard shall be filed with the Secretary of State by the State Commissioner of Health, and shall be published at the end of the first volume of the session laws of the Legislature published after the filing of the definition or standard and shall take effect when so published. Amended by L.1939, c. 320, p. 787, s. 32, eff. Jan. 1, 1940; L.1966, c. 74, s. 12.
