Text
If the guaranty is signed by a person who resides outside of this State, the State department shall report the facts in the case to the proper officer appointed for the enforcement of the Federal legislation specified in section 24:5-2 of this Title. Amended by L.1966, c. 74, s. 4, eff. June 14, 1966.
